Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lunaro. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your portable espresso machine, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Timeframe for Returns: You have 14 days from the date you received your portable espresso machine to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, items that have been used or are no longer in new condition are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@lunaroespresso.com to notify us of your intent to return.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions, including the address for returns.

Please note: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product for another, you must first return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your portable espresso machine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@lunaroespresso.com. We will guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
